Program Details
The Evansville Region has adopted the E is for Everyone brand as an aspirational statement of what our community wants to become.
The HOLA Professional Development Series is a comprehensive program delivered by faculty members from the three higher education partners in combination with keynote speakers. Participants will have six one-day sessions, rotating between the three institutions, over a period of a year and culminating in a graduation ceremony. We are inviting organizations to identify and sponsor up-and-coming talent that can participate in the fourth cohort of this program, with the goal of preparing them for career advancement within the organization or developing suppliers.

The HOLA Professional Development Series is open to professionals and business owners that have been identified as high growth potential within sponsoring organizations.
Employees:
- Professionals with post- secondary degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of professional experience
- Identified as high growth potential
Suppliers:
- Current or potential business owners that your organization is looking to develop
- May include business owner or key supplier employee
