Half Pot Rules (50/50 Raffle) / Reglas de Rifa Media Olla

Promoter of this HOLA Gala 2024 Half-Pot 50/50 Raffle (the “Raffle”) is Hospitality and Outreach for Latin Americans, Inc. (“HOLA”) with an address of 318 Main Street ste 103, Evansville, IN 47708. All entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions provided in these Official Rules as well as by all interpretations of these Official Rules by HOLA, and by all other decisions of HOLA, including resolution of disputes in connection with this Raffle, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Raffle. The Raffle is subject to all applicable Indiana laws and regulations, specifically, to the provisions of Indiana Code governing charity gaming, found at Indiana Code section 4-32.3, as well as to oversite by the Indiana Gaming Commission.

Raffle tickets can be purchased during the following timeframes (the "Entry Period"):
Monday, February 19, 2024 at 9:00 am CT through April 6, 2024 at 10:30 pm CT.
NO RAFFLE TICKETS FOR THE 2024 50/50 RAFFLE WILL BE SOLD AFTER 10:30 PM ON Saturday, April 6, 2024.

One winner will be selected randomly utilizing the Raffle Drum at 10:45 pm on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at Evansville Country Club. The winning raffle ticket number will be posted on all HOLA social media pages, website. Winner need not be present when the winner is announced to win.

 In order to claim a prize, the winner should call the following number (812-431-7971) or email the following email address (hola@holaevansville.org) and provide contact information so a HOLA representative can get back with them to make arrangements to meet with them at the HOLA office located at 318 Main Street ste 103, in Evansville, IN, or an alternate agreed upon location. The winning ticket and valid ID should be brought to that meeting and additional information on how to claim the prize will be provided. The winner must contact HOLA in the above-described manner within thirty (30) days of the end of the Entry Period, by close of business on May 6, 2024, in order to receive more information on how to claim the prize.

The holder of a winning ticket must provide HOLA with all information required to claim a prize (including tax identification information). In the event: (i) that the winner does not contact HOLA within thirty (30) days of the end of the Entry Period (by close of business on May 6, 2024); (ii) that the winner is ruled ineligible for any reason; or (iii) that the winner declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and will be retained by HOLA. HOLA has no obligation to contact potential winners.

HOLA, its members, or any of its entities are not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of winner information online, or for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, destroyed, delayed, stolen or misdirected winner information.

Winners will be required to sign a Declaration of Eligibility attesting to the fact that he/she is 18 years of age or older, as well as other terms and conditions as designated by HOLA Evansville.
